Frequently Asked Questions

How far is Kaziranga from Guwahati?
Kaziranga National Park is approximately 220 km from Guwahati on National Highway 27. The drive takes around 4 to 4.5 hours. We recommend leaving by 5 AM for a day trip to catch the morning safari.
What is the best time to visit Kaziranga?
The park is open from November to April. November to February is peak season with excellent wildlife sightings. The park closes during monsoon (May to October) due to flooding.
Is a jeep safari included in the cab booking?
No — jeep safaris are booked separately at the park gates. Our cab takes you to and from Kaziranga. We can help you plan the timing to ensure you reach the park in time for morning safaris.
Which car is best for the Kaziranga trip?
Any of our vehicles are comfortable for this route — the NH27 highway is in excellent condition. The Kia Carens or Innova Crysta are popular choices for families. For groups we recommend the Force Urbania.
