This is a front-line role at The PalanQuin — you will be the first voice our guests and partners hear. You will handle incoming enquiries, make outgoing calls to confirm bookings, and maintain our guest and booking data accurately.
We are looking for someone who is warm, well-spoken, and takes pride in the quality of her communication. Fluency in all three languages — English, Hindi, and Assamese — is essential, as our guests come from across India and from Assam itself.

This is not a job in the traditional sense. It is an opportunity for anyone — travel bloggers, tour operators, hotel concierges, frequent travellers, travel agents, or simply people who know Northeast India — to earn a commission by referring clients to The PalanQuin.
If someone you know is planning a trip to Guwahati, Tawang, Meghalaya, or Kaziranga — and you connect them with us — you earn a percentage of the booking value. No targets, no office, no fixed hours.

| Local Duty | 5% of invoice |
| Trips under 10 days | 5% of invoice |
| Trips 10 days or more | 7.5% of invoice |
| 1-year rental contract | 2% per month |
| 2-year rental contract | 5% per month |
| 3-year rental contract | 7.5% per month |
Payment: Commission is credited directly to your bank account via UPI or NEFT within 3 days of trip completion. No chasing, no delays.
