Queen Bhardwaj founded Palanquin Ecotales in July 2022 with a conviction that people travelling across Northeast India deserve courteous, professional service backed by genuine accountability. As the Director, she leads B2B relationships, fleet strategy, technology decisions and the overall direction of the company. She is the primary point of contact for all corporate accounts.

Guest Relations Executive
Asmina manages guest relations and the bookings portal — handling incoming enquiries, booking confirmations, WhatsApp communication with guests and coordination with the operations team. She joined Palanquin Ecotales in May 2026 and is the primary point of contact for all individual guest interactions.
Pranjal Sarma
Operations Executive
Pranjal manages the operations portal, including driver assignment, trip dispatch, vendor coordination and real-time monitoring of active trips. Pranjal brings ground-level knowledge of Northeast India routes and field operations to the dispatch role.
