Can we use different vehicle types under a single account?
Yes. Many of our corporate clients use a combination, for example, a monthly-retainer Innova for the MD, plus on-call Carens and Dzire vehicles for other employees. All trips are invoiced under a single corporate account.
Is GST invoice provided?
Yes. Palanquin is GST registered. Proper tax invoices are issued at the end of each month, itemised by trip, vehicle, and employee where required. This makes expense processing and reimbursement straightforward.
How do employees book a cab?
For on-call models, employees WhatsApp or call our dedicated corporate number. For monthly retainer, they communicate directly with their assigned driver. We keep it simple, no app required.
