I booked my trip from Guwahati to Tawang through Palanquin and was assigned driver Hemen. The entire journey was extremely comfortable and smooth. As a solo traveler, safety and trust were my top priorities, and Hemen made the trip not only safe but also very pleasant. He is professional, polite, and drives with great care. The long route felt stress-free because of his steady driving and helpful nature. I truly appreciate his efforts in making this journey memorable and would highly recommend both Palanquin and Hemen to anyone planning a trip in the Northeast.
Superb trip with Shri Pranjal Sarma as the driver. We contacted Palinquin to check about the availability of cab for 9 days trip to Guwahati Kaziranga Shillong Cherapunji. Pranjal was brilliant throughout the trip. His driving is superb and also the knowledge about all roads and hotels is great. He never once said no to anything. You ask him anything and he would say "ho jayega, ho jayega". Thanks for being an amazing companion. Thank you Palinquin for the services. I booked a SUV from PalanQuin for my trip to North East. Right from the first interaction for booking with the owner and subsequent interaction with their sales & support staff while firming up the package, then the proactive communication till I arrived in Guwahati and then the actual travel, everything went perfect. The vehicle was clean and felt like new. Special mention for driver Pranjal who was extremely honest & professional. Been using the services of PalanQuin car rentals since past six months for my airport pickups and drop. This was the 2nd time in 2 years I booked my north east trip with them and both the time it was such a wonderful experience. Their drivers are so well behaved and vehicles are all in very good condition. We were 2 families with small kids 2 to 4 years old — and they ensured that the trip is planned in a way kids feel comfortable. Drivers were trained to have patience with kids. Strongly recommend for your north east trip.
We have visited many places, but this tour of Arunachal took it to a whole new level. Not only did we get to experience the incredible natural beauty of Arunachal, but we also got a friendly, soft-spoken guide like Bhaskar Da. All in all, we had a wonderful 7 days.
It was a great experience for our Meghalaya trip with our dear driver Lakshya Nath. He was really a good person and a good guide for our entire trip. He suggested new places to visit and helped us with language issues with locals. We suggest new travelers to ask for him as driver. FYI — it is not any paid review. Hired an Innova Crysta for a day trip to Kamakhya Temple and Umananda Island. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, helped us with the ghat steps, and waited patiently. The car was clean, AC was perfect, and the overall experience was much better than I expected for the price.
Booked the monthly hiring package for our regional office. Having a dedicated Innova and driver every day has simplified our operations enormously. The team at The PalanQuin is always responsive and the car is always presentable. Zero issues in 4 months.
