We can deploy up to 15 to 20 vehicles simultaneously for large events, including a mix of Urbania vans, Innova MUVs and sedans. For very large events (200+ delegates), we recommend sharing your brief at least 2 weeks in advance so we can plan and partner if needed.
Do you provide airport coordination for multiple delegate arrivals?
Yes. Airport logistics is one of our specialities. We track all incoming flights in real time, stage vehicles according to arrival times, and ensure every delegate is picked up promptly — even when flights are delayed or rescheduled.
Can you handle incentive tours across multiple states in Northeast India?
Yes. We have extensive experience with multi-destination incentive circuits across Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and other Northeast states. We handle the full ground transport plan — vehicles, routing, timing — while you focus on the programme.
